This technique can be useful in detecting other tissues related to optical Kohrorn tomography (OCT) photos.
OCT is a non-invasive imaging test that tells doctors about the changes in the thickness level of the retina.
IISER-Kolkata, LVPrasad Eye Institute of Hyderabad and researchers from Bhabha Atomic Research Institute located in Mumbai have developed a software analysis that is capable of making a difference in the healthy retina and the diseased retina from the OCT image.
Each level of the retina can be seen through the image of OCT, thereby giving the ophthalmologist the ability to measure the thickness of the retina.
This analysis helps in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma and retinal related diseases.
